At Elevate Culture, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your mousepad arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To start a replacement request, please use our virtual assistant or email us at elevateculturemerch@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.

Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Photos or other proof of the issue may be required.
  • The product must have a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or another quality-related issue.

Replacements

If your request is approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Limitations

Replacement requests may be denied if:

  • The issue is caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • The request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
  • The claim cannot be verified with sufficient evidence.
  • We determine the request is fraudulent or abusive.
